Petra Regner-Haindl

Petra Regner-Haindl wuchs auf einem Weingut im südlichen Weinviertel auf. Sie absolvierte die Weinviertler Kräuterakademie, anschließend den LFI-Zertifikatslehrgang zur Kräuterpädagogin. In zahlreichen weiteren Seminaren, Workshops und Reisen vertiefte sie ihre Kenntnisse in der Wildkräuterkunde, mittlerweile ist sie selbst als Referentin sowohl in der Weinviertler Kräuterakademie als auch in der Kräuterpädagogenausbildung tätig und gibt Ihr Wissen in Kursen weiter. Ihre besondere Liebe gilt der Wildkräuterkulinarik.
